Exchanges
If you request an exchange (for example, a different size or product):
Urban Sport Zone covers the shipping costs for the exchange.
The courier will deliver the replacement item and collect the original product at the same time.
Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
